Safe holidays in Cervia: all the information!


Friendliness and cleanliness have always been Hotel Commodore’s business card for quality holidays! Your safety is the thing that we care the most and we will protect it by taking even more care of the services we have always chosen to offer.

After this difficult period we all have experienced, it is time for you to fully enjoy your well-deserved holiday: your only task will be to relax and enjoy the affections of friends and relatives ... we'll take care of everything else!
Here are our guidelines, information and actions to make you feel really at ease.

Booking and deposit / Voucher

For all reservations of summer 2020:
  • you can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date (excluding the two middle weeks of August).
  • you can use the insurance policy to protect your holiday in case of cancellation, early departure or late arrival.

Cleaning and sanitization of the property

  • Our minimalist, essential yet elegant style allows for daily background cleaning.
  • Shared areas such as elevator handles and fixtures will be sanitized frequently
  • The property will put at disposal dispensers with hydroalcoholic solution for your hand hygiene.
  • We use specific medical and sodium hypochlorite based products for all surfaces at the correct concentrations, supplied by a certified company.
  • Weekly sanitation of the air conditioning batteries of the systems and air changes is carried out.
  • Each shared environment is cleaned and sanitized with specific protocols in a deeper manner
  • Shared areas are continuously sanitized.
  • Elevators are sanitized several times a day.

Room clearing and sanitization

  • The absence of carpeting in the rooms, the presence of shower cubicles and bathroom fixtures in monoliths that are easy to clean, the leather furniture in the common areas make it possible to maintain constant hygiene.
  • Upon your arrival the room will have been sanitized according to the protocols set out by law.
  • During your stay, as usual, your room will be tidied and sanitized by a cleaner with the necessary disposable safety devices and using professional hydro-alcoholic or chlorine-based detergents and disposable accessories for each room.
  • The linen is supplied by a company certified for bio-contamination.
  • We use specific medical and sodium hypochlorite based products for all surfaces at the correct concentrations, supplied by a certified company

Restaurant

  • During meals, a safe distance between the tables will be guaranteed.
  • Breakfast, our cornerstone, will remain unchanged in terms of quality! The buffet of homemade cakes and pastries will be covered by special bells and you will be comfortably served at the table by our girls whenever you want, giving you a relaxing and comfortably served breakfast.
  • During lunch and dinner, as it has always been, you will be served the main courses of your choice just as for the buffet of appetizers, side dishes and desserts.
  • Room service available
  • If the number of our guests is higher than the appropriate capacity to ensure the necessary interpersonal distance, we will extend the eating hours and offer the possibility to eat in some restaurants and private beaches around the area.

Hospitality and Staff

  • While our staff will be equipped with safety devices as required, we will certainly not lack the Romagna hospitality we stand out for. We will always find a way to give you a smile!
  • For some years now we have been using the fast check-in service in order to reduce access times in the lobby, so that you can comfortably send us all the necessary registration data from home and enjoy your holiday immediately upon arrival. A photo of your document sent via whats app will be sufficient.
  • The whole staff have been trained on hygiene rules and protocols to follow so that they can work safely for themselves and others.
  • You can contact our Covid Manager/Personnel for questions, requests and to report any symptoms to take all necessary precautions.

Guests

  • The use of the mask inside the property is not mandatory but it is good practice when moving in the corridors and shared areas, we will all use it to ensure both your and our safety.
  • Keep a distance of at least 1 meter from other guests and staff members.
  • Do not leave personal belongings or luggage in public areas.
  • Elevator access is allowed between people occupying the same room
