Our chefs choose the best ingredients based on seasonality and Romagna tradition. Local meat, selected from the best butchers, freshly caught fish, soft and warm bread straight from the oven join piadina, the true queen of our cuisine, and are combined with local cheeses and vegetables to create excellent dishes.
