Reception

Reception and night hours
Reception is active from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Our bar is always at your disposal, open 24/7.
From 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., the hotel will be guarded by the night porter, who will be ready to help you with anything you may need.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax must be paid in cash at the end of your stay.
It's €3.00 per person per day for a maximum of 7 nights.
Children under 14 years of age are exempt.
Check out at 10:00 a.m. - Late Check out
Until 2:00 p.m., the cost is 30% of the daily room rate.
Until 6:00 p.m., the cost is 50% of the daily room rate.
After 6:00 p.m., the cost is 100% of the daily room rate.
Parking

You can park your car in one of our three parking lots.
The first one is located in the hotel courtyard-area: it is very small and the cars are parked very close to each other, so we kindly ask you to leave us the keys to make it easier for our guests to enter and exit. Parking in the courtyard area is subject to a fee.
The second parking lot is about 500 meters from the hotel: it is a very large, with no restrictions. There is a barrier that can be opened and closed with a key we will provide. We will assign you a parking space for the entire duration of your stay, allowing you to move freely and independently. This parking lot is free of charge.
The third one is located approximately 1.5 km from the hotel: it has smart access and video surveillance. It is completely free of charge.
Alternatively, for €3.00 per day, you can park your car in the blue parking spaces in front of the hotel.
We guarantee only one parking space for each room booked, from 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.


Electric vehicle charging station

In our internal parking area, there is a charging station for electric vehicles. It is always accessible, with a power output of up to 22 kW, with a Type 2 three-phase socket. 

The internal parking, as defined in the previous section, and the charging service are paid.

In the Room

Card
You need to insert your room Card into the special transponder inside the room to get both electricity and water. If you lose it, you will be charged €5.
Air conditioner
The air conditioner activates only if the bedroom and bathroom windows are closed.
The system is noiseless and is set to provide the comfort necessary for your well-being. You can set the minimum temperature to 23°C. The first 2 buttons on the left allow you to lower and raise the temperature, while the 2 buttons on the right can be used to change the fans speed.
Safe
Beige-colored “CISA” model
To close: With the safe hatch open, put your belongings inside - enter the letter C (closing) followed by Your 6-digit code. Close the hatch and wait for it to lock.
To open: Enter the code you previously used (without the C)
Upon your departure, please remove Your belongings and leave the safe hatch open.

Black and gray-colored “BOXER” model
To memorize the code: press the red button on the back of the hatch. A yellow light will turn on. Enter a code between 3 and 8 digits long and press B. A beep and the turning off of the yellow light will confirm that the code has been entered.
To close: turn the knob.
To open: enter the code, press B and turn the knob.
Upon your departure, please remove Your personal items and leave the safe hatch open.
Telephone
To contact the reception, dial 9.
To contact from room to room, dial 2 before the room number
you wish to contact.
Minibar
The minibar in your room will be empty upon your arrival; however, we will be glad to fill it with water or soft drinks upon your request. Please contact the reception for further information.

Exclusively in our Suites (Overview Suite and Junior Suite) you can access the Sky service channels on your television.

Restaurant

Restaurant Opening Hours – 1st Floor
Breakfast is served from 7.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
Dinner is served from 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. (access time to the dining room).

Wellness Area

Wellness Area
Please always inform us and book your access at the reception.
The Wellness Area is open every day from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and from 4.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
From 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m., it will be closed for sanitization
The maximum length of stay is 2 hours.
If we have no other reservations, you can also stay for longer.

The area can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and, for this reason, we always ask you to book your admission with the reception staff.
If cohabiting, you can share the hot tub and sauna; otherwise, you must enter the sauna separately and use separate Jacuzzis.
Pressing the A button in the elevator will take you directly to the penthouse.
On the left you will find the towels to use, which you can then leave in the basket at the end of your use.
